Cancellation Policy

We take pride in being a appointment only spa. Deposits secure all appointments. If there is no deposit on file, there is no appointment. Any needs you may have during your service we will cater to. We only only ask that you arrive 10-15 mins early (suggested for consent forms and menu options), come freshly showered, bring no extra guest, use your inside voice once you arrive in waiting area as other clients are relaxing on the yellow brick rd, and minimal chitchat during treatments, don’t miss the opportunity to truly relax.

24 hour cancellation is suggested. As we understand situations may occur within the 24 hrs of your appointment. In cases of emergency we allow 1 reschedule. You must reschedule the appointment before your original scheduled appointment time. After 15 mins of not being checked in or speaking with a staff member your appointment will automatically cancel, forfeiting the deposit. All spa parties or packages require a 48 hr cancellation notice. No refunds for services unless approved by management.
